# Output Routing for Various Scenarios

Given the physical outputs that are attached, the following are recommended routing setups for various common scenarios. These routes are configured on the **ROUTING > out 1-16** and associated pages.

**House PA**

This is the nominal mode of operation, using the in-house PA in stereo mode.- Output 8 = Matrix 5 (Balcony delay)
- Output 9 = MixBus 1 (Monitor 1)
- Output 10 = MixBus 2 (Monitor 2)
- Output 11 = MixBus 3 (Monitor 3)
- Output 12 = MixBus 4 (Monitor 4)
- Output 13 = MixBus 12 (Subwoofer feed)
- Output 14 = Matrix 6 (Front-fill, and other feeds)
- Output 15 = Main L
- Output 16 = Main R
- All other Outputs = OFF
- Aux Out 5 = Insert
- Aux Out 6 = Insert
- AES50 A Outputs 1-8 = Out 1-8
- AES50 A Outputs 9-16 = Out 9-16
- XLR Outputs 13-16 = Out 5-8

**External PA**

When using an external PA stack, it assumed that the main feed for it will come directly from the mixing console. You can also patch into it using S32 outputs 5, 6, and 7.- Output 5 = Main L
- Output 6 = Main R
- Output 7 = MixBus 12 (Subwoofer feed)
- Output 8 = Matrix 5 (Balcony delay)
- Output 9 = MixBus 1 (Monitor 1)
- Output 10 = MixBus 2 (Monitor 2)
- Output 11 = MixBus 3 (Monitor 3)
- Output 12 = MixBus 4 (Montior 4)
- Output 14 = Matrix 6 (Front-fill, and other feeds)
- All outher Outputs = OFF
- Aux Out 5 = Insert
- Aux Out 6 = Insert
- AES50 A Outputs 1-8 = Out 1-8
- AES50 A Outputs 9-16 = Out 9-16
- XLR Outputs 13-16 = Out 5-8
- NOTE: You may need to power off the front-fill amplifier if it conflicts with the external PA

**External PA + House Subwoofer**

When using an external mains stack, but using our flown subwoofer cluster. You can also use S32 outputs 5 and 6 to patch into the mains stacks instead of via the main mixer.- Output 5 = Main L
- Output 6 = Main R
- Output 8 = Matrix 5 (Balcony delay)
- Output 9 = MixBus 1 (Monitor 1)
- Output 10 = MixBus 2 (Monitor 2)
- Output 11 = MixBus 3 (Monitor 3)
- Output 12 = MixBus 4 (Monitor 4)
- Output 13 = MixBus 12 (Subwoofer feed)
- Output 14 = Matrix 6 (Front-fill, and other feeds)
- All other Outputs = OFF
- Aux Out 5 = Insert
- Aux Out 6 = Insert
- AES50 A Outputs 1-8 = Out 1-8
- AES50 A Outputs 9-16 = Out 9-16
- XLR Outputs 13-16 = Out 5-8

**All Front-Fill**

This is a scenario where we use our monitor speakers as front-fills across the stage since the act has brought their own monitor rig.- Output 5 = Main L
- Output 6 = Main R
- Output 7 = MixBux 12 (External Subwoofer feed)
- Output 8 = Matrix 5 (Balcony delay)
- Output 9 = Matrix 3 (middle front-fill)
- Output 10 = Matrix 4 (inside front-fill)
- Output 11 = Matrix 4 (inside front-fill)
- Output 12 = Matrix 3 (middle front-fill)
- Output 13 = MixBus 11 (In-house Subwoofer feed)
- Output 14 = Matrix 6 (outside front-fill, and other feeds)
- All other Outputs = OFF
- Aux Out 5 = Insert
- Aux Out 6 = Insert
- AES50 A Outputs 1-8 = Out 1-8
- AES50 A Outputs 9-16 = Out 9-16
- XLR Outputs 13-16 = Out 5-8

**Movie Surround Sound**

This is a scenario where you wish to pass through 5.1 surround to the amplifiers.- Output 1 = MixBus 5 (Surround Left)
- Output 2 = MixBus 6 (Surround Right)
- Output 3 = MixBus 7 (Center Channel)
- Output 5 = Main L
- Output 6 = Main R
- Output 7 = MixBus 12 (Subwoofer)
- Output 8 = Matrix 5 (Balcony delay)
- Output 9 = MixBus 1 (Monitor 1)
- Output 10 = MixBus 2 (Monitor 2)
- Output 11 = MixBus 3 (Monitor 3)
- Output 12 = MixBus 4 (Monitor 4)
- Output 13 = MixBus 12 (Subwoofer)
- Output 14 = Matrix 6 (Front-fills, and other feeds)
